In the stock market there is the Smart Money Index, a technical analysis indicator that shows investor tendencies; meaning each day there is a time the average day trader is active in the stock market, which helps well informed investors make their investing decisions later in the day. Is there a comparable measure in the property market? Short answer? No.
However, the property clock is the closest comparable tool that shows how the property cycle works, outlining peaks and bottoms. Seasoned property investors and wealthy individuals who buy lots of property tend to do most of their purchasing at the bottom of the market.
